There isn't a back story to this, so I presume that the owner brought her up since she was little.

I had a cat once who was a gentle as could be, almost all the time. But if I was 5 mins late with his dinner, he turned into a howling beast ! I had a rule that I would feed me first and then him, and it was a rule I only broke 7 times every week. He bullied me unmercifully !

My cats are sorta gentle. The younger one thinks everything is a toy, including peoples legs.

I have a rule that I never feed them as soon as I get up so they don't start waking me at stupid o/c....it works. The little one didn't get out of bed until 10 yesterday.

When I was a boy in London during the 1950's, I had a great uncle that was a keeper in the Lion House, at London Zoo. So we used to visit very often and go
"back stage" as it were, I saw the lions being fed and although this is now nearly 60 years ago, I can still recall the terrible smell of the big ***. Tom cat doesn't even come close to explaining it !
