Shame about your bad back, keep taking the tablets, i have recovered well from my fall 2 weeks ago, still get a few twinges from the ribs though.

Glad you are feeling a bit better, that sort of fall takes a while to get over. We're a right bunch of old crocs but a lot better off than some. Hope Vakayu turns up soon.
