Food Chopper Verses Hand Blender , Which Is Best ?

just bought a russell hobbs chopper £18-99 asda. its crap !! food stays at top of the bowl and i am constantly opening up the bowl and need to push the food down into the bowl to catch the blades.

i think i should of bought a hand blender for half the price , probably a better job ?

We have a hand blender that you can "un-plug" the blender bit and then shove the motor bit on to a little bowl with a lid that has blades at the bottom, works a treat.
Are you sure you are not "over loading" the bowl?
Shouldn't bite off more than one can chew at once. ;-)
You'd have to redistribute the contents even with a high speed blender or processor. Like 1ozzy says...you may also be over filling. Try a bit less and see how that works.
