We have used 18866 for nearly twelve months with no problems and a greatly reduced BT bill.The wife phones her mother six days a week for at least thirty minutes each time (goodness knows what they find to talk about) The calls are long distance and at peak times. Our bill from 18866 is about �1.50 a month.I would recommend them.We put the prefix before all the numbers in the telephone's memory, which saves time in the long run.

Another company worth looking at is Cleverates.
