Pork Ribs Recipes
My girlfriend got some individual pork ribs on special offer and asked me to cook them for a dinner together. When I asked how she would like them cooked she replied " I will leave it to you as your such a good cook" an answer that massaged my ego but left me clueless as to what I am going to do with them! Suggestions please.

You must boil them in a pan for ten minutes first -it makes then taste much nicer. Once boiled for 10 minutes coat in a bought BBQ sauce (really its not worth trying to make one) and cook at 160 C covered in foil for 40 mins, turn over ribs coat in sauce put back in oven without foil for 20 minutes -repeat process then take out of oven and leave 10 minutes before serving. IF you really want to make your own sauce then equal amounts of soy sauce, tomato puree from a tube, vinegar, honey or maple syrup, with a pinch of smoked paprika, salt pepper all shaken up in a jar is good.
