Opticians in Hua Hin

I've had good experiences with getting specs made whilst in Thailand... question is, are there any good opticians in Hua Hin?

Hope this isn't too late. Friends who just came back from Hua Hin had new glasses which were quality and very cheap from a place called Time Optic which apparently is next to the Bali Thai restaurant which they say everyone can direct you too. We are going there in a few months so would be nice if you could post how it was, the more information the better I always say.
