What probably sticks in most people's craw about this is that Ms Nzolameso, who appears to have done little or no work in her life and seems unlikely ever to do so, can afford to live in just about the most expensive areas of the country because the taxpayer is picking up the bill for her accommodatio n. Meantime, a young couple both working hard in decent jobs and...

Your question seems to infer that she has received a favourable outcome based on luck. It wasn't luck, it was the interpretation of the law by 5 Senior Judges in the Supreme Court.
Your subsequent postings seem to hint that you think she was 'lucky' because the Judges were giving her some kind of special treatment because she is from an ethnic minority. That of course is utter rubbish. These Judges base their rulings on the laws of this land and are blind to colour.
I expect the logical conclusion is that you think our laws discriminate against the indigenous white people in favour of foreigners. They don't.

It would seem back in 1981 our politicians had no such sympathy for the work shy and unemployed.Sir Norman Tebbit was misquoted as saying "get on your bike"
What he said was that in the 1930 depression his father got off his a*** and got on his bike to find work.If his father was prepared to do so then why should this free loader think she has a right to stay put.God forbid she may even find employment in MK and then she could perhaps contribute to paying back what she thinks is her god given right just because the UK were mug enough to grant her asylum. If she was told she was being repatriated back to the country she left I bet she would jump at the chance of Milton Keynes as an alternative.Lazy work shy beggars should not be allowed choices.
I wonder if any white families in social housing were asked to vacate in Westminster borough if, indeed ,there were any?

Yes naval, the jist of this is that tambo's parents had to get on and deal with what his dad's employers threw at them. No moaning from them that £500pw was not enough for them to live on. No expecting the taxpayer to pick up the tab for their ever increasing brood. No whining that the next stop on their travels would be too far from their folks.
The difference here is that tambo's parents took responsibilty for their family, did not expect other people to keep them and certainly not to provide them with accommodation in Central London.
To take home £500pw a working taxpayer would have to earn about £36k gross. Have a look in the vacancies columns and see what type of work you have to do to earn £36k. It is outrageous that somebody sitting at home all day can enjoy the same standard of living as somebody doing a £36k job. That is why the Coalition has introduced such a limit and in my view that limit should be considerably lower. People unablr to live on such a sum will have to cut their cloth accordingly and that will probably involve living somewhere othe than Westminster. If th elaw is such that Westminster council has acted ilegally then it needs changing - pronto.

"This woman and her brood are just another free loading bunch of leeches. Take, take, take, is all they ever do. How much longer will it be before the taxpayer is no longer able to fund her and her kind their preferred life style - leeching off others. "
