Lost E-Mails

Help please. I've recently picked up a problem with my talktalk e-mail account,everything works ok except that my inbox always shows empty even though I know I am being sent mail.I have been looking through things and Ive now discovered all my missing e-mails in a folder in my other e-mail account, at windows live mail.Can somebody explain what I've done(in nice easy terms please) and how to get everything back to normal.These e-mails are all corectly addressed to my talktalk account.

Log in to your www.talktalk account....there is a facility there to get at your e-mails. I had the same problem, so did many others, it seems.
