my wife as forgotten her email address & her password is there any way to get them back

She's forgotten both her email address AND her password? Does she know who her email provider is/was?

The log in details to various websites are sometimes your email address, can she find it from any of the sites she uses?

If she has forgotten it then I assume that she doesn't use it much, does she actually need this one or can she just set up a new one?

she needs it becuase her mobile was faulty ee sent it for repair the stored all her photos of our great grand-son from his birth up to being 1 in febuary

She can ask someone who has been in correspondence with her by email to check what her email address is. If she can find her email address from them she'll then just need to use the 'forgotten password' facility

they wont have stored it on her email adress, they'll have a server somewhere. She'll have to ring ee

Try installing a password manager such as Lastpass. This will find stored passwords on your system and put them altogether in a file for you. It should pick up your wife's lost details unless you regularly use a cleaner such as Ccleaner which will remove stored passwords....
