Is it definitely 4 letters? It's normally abomasum. Is it a cryptic clue and is that the full clue?

Yep definitely 4 letters, it's general knowledge the 'r' comes from the winner of the 2013 Epsom Derby, 'Ruler of the world' the 'a' from Norse gods, inhabitants of Asgard, Aesir

My original thought was 'Reum' and I agree abomasum is the usual answer but it ain't 4 letters
