Was it a section of Coldplay's "Fix You"? There was a part of it playing earlier in the episode.

Sorry for going off at a slight tangent, but well done, BBC. It's some time since I really got into a drama series as I have with Waterloo Road. Despite welcoming the chance to drool at Jill Halfpenny every week :-) I think the star of the show has been Angela Griffin. She was always a decent actress in Corrie and Holby City, but I think the Kim Campbell role has really let her shine.

As for "does Lorna jump?", I guess we'll have to tune in next series to find out, which I guess was probably the thinking behind the ending!
