A bidder won my auction on Sunday for some garden chair cushions. She was bidding against another bidder. She put a final bid in at the last minute and won.

No payment has been received, despite me sending her two invoices. Emailed her this morning saying, why did she bother to bid if she had no intention of completing purchase.

Just received an answer from her saying, she never bid on this item, it must have been her son or daughter messing about.

Do you think she is telling porky pies. ?

Thanks Retro I will take a look at those settings. I have had a few non payers lately. What sort of shop do you have ? I only sell my own personal stuff.
Fusion5 -Hi -I sell Retro and Vintage items in my eBay shop, everything from Victorian to 1980's kitsch (rubbish lol!). I also have a 'real' shop.

To block bidders who regularly don't pay do this:

In summary go to Account -site preferences-buyer requirements.Click 'show' the 'edit' and follow instructions.

many businesses on eBay do this which is the only way you can get back at bad buyers. Thats why you should always do an 'unpaid item' case through eBay rather than cancelling an order,as when they don't pay they get a mark against their user name and once they've got a few they can be banned.
