sky link (magic eye)

i recently bought a sky link set it all up following the instructions it appears to be working in that the red light is on and the tv is tuned into the sky channel but although both the remotes work when pointed at the actual digibox neither of them have any effect when pointed at the sky link, where am i going wrong?

Is your cable from the Sky box from RF Out 2?

yes and rf output is set to on

I know I had trouble with mine and found that unplugging the link and replugging seemed to work but I guess you've done this. My first was out of sorts for ages until it failed completely.

lol yes i've unplugged it several times and even bought another thinking it may be faulty but the other one works exactly the same.
