I have the same problem, i can eat a particular food one day and be ok but the eat it a week later and be in total agony, so i dont know which foods agrivate it and its impossible to know what to avoid.
ive had I.B.S for a long time noe but lately its been worse than ever, but i find taking a tablet called colofac helps,i used to get it on prescription but have noticed tesco,s and lloyds chemist have now started selling colofac behind the counter.
There is some realy good advice on here and its good to know theres other people out there who understand what its like having I.B.S as i think non sufferers sometimes think its just a bit of tummy ache and that youre over reacting :-( thanks all for the advice!
