When I open lap-top a pop-up appears that say's run DLL, what does it mean , what do I do

A DLL is a dynamic link library (one of the files your lap-top is looking for). I think there should be more info in the warning message. It might pay you to do a virus scan and malware scan just to be confident there is no infection. Otherwise there may be a corrupt installation or something ?

It say's there is a problem starting, the specified module could not be found.The Box is a small grey edged.
