I love to see those old VW campers. Many years ago we used to have VW Beetles. OH took his mates to the races, on the way back home up the motorway one of the guys in the back said his feet felt wet, we didn't realise the floor in the back of the car was rusting away. We had to sell it for scrap,

I lived in one of those for a while, B00, actually a Bedford rather than a VW, but it was very reliable when we wanted to drive it anywhere. A friend of mine has just got one and is planning to drive round Europe to craft fairs and write a book about them. I hope it works out, considering she resigned her old job to follow her dream.
