Good Morning Early Birds!

Sunday. The sky is clear and there is no wind...at the moment. Yesterday was sunny, but the wind was cold.

Tiggy has finished his night's work and gone to bed. So all is well.

It is waterman, the wonderment in her face, I should have captured it on camera. That sounds great, and a great amount of money raised to a great cause!

Two of our canal mates are members of the choir, so it was even more enjoyable. One of them is also a skipper. :o}

Oh that's fabulous! I love to hear a good voice.

There are about 60 or so of them. We always went to their concerts in Dursley, it's only two miles from here. Last night was the first time I've been on my own.

A little apprehension then may be waterman, understandable. I think you might venture out to more things now? I went to a ballet evening on my own once, the awkward bit is the interval. I still went to the bar though & got myself a drink. I remember being quite chuffed with myself. I made a promise to myself after that, anything I really want to see, even if no one else wants to, I'll still make the effort!

Yes. That's a good plan Lina. there were plenty of friends there, so I was OK. I don't know about going anywhere that I wouldn't know anyone yet though.

Once I went to an art exhibition I really wanted to see, it was held in the unusual setting of a pub! I thought brilliant! I can browse with a drink in hand. It was a disaster. The artwork was dotted about above tables where people were sat drinking!! I wasn't going to walk up to each table & say, sorry to disturb you, I just want to look at the picture was I !!

That was bad planning on their part. You did well to go though. :o}

I thought I was so brave lol! It was bad planning, I thought the art would be exhibited along one wall. I walked in to the pub, couldn't see anything so asked at the bar while ordering a drink. He said, oh it's upstairs. Can you imagine, I walked up the stairs & there were couples dotted here & there & the art work was above them!! I ended up messing with my phone while having my drink :0?

I'd probably have done the same. Why, I wonder did they not say Art Exhibition only upstairs. You did well. :o}

Haven't a clue waterman. Well, I've just turned a border & been in for a while having a well deserved bacon nutty. I need to go & do the back lawn, then go & see my mum & brother. So, bye to you & everyone. Have a splendid day! ;0)
