I Have Started A Petition.....
for TV Broadcaster companies to start displaying subtitles on '' Catch-up-TV-Programmes '' as they only seem to have them on channels that are broadcast at the time.

This is also for those TV Channels that don't show them at all.

For those who rely on them, and have missed programmes, dosent mean we have to be punished, for being deaf or hard of hearing.

what is catch up TV? Is it a sky thing? If so, you need to petition sky as it's their product, not just all broadcasters

thats what catch up is in my world too, which is why i'm so puzzled as iplayer etc do have subtitiles

'Catch up' will be a 'catch all' term for being able to see programmes after they have been broadcast over the airwaves.
