just watched neighbours, and at the end, where max and steph got back together, there was the most beautiful song playing! female voice over piano. what was it please??

The song you are referring to is an in-house tracl called "True Love" written by Neighbours Music Director Chris Pettifer and local Melbournian singer Meg O'Riley.
