Do Banks / Government Departments Know The Word 'sorry' ?

HSBC / Deutsche Bank / The CPS all up to their necks in *** of scandal. I here the words Regrettable, 'tightened up of procedures' blah blah blah, but I don't ever seem ever to have heard the word SORRY ever being mentioned, not even once. Does their arrogance mean that to use the word would be a sign of weakness? That they still don't fully accept they have ever done anything wrong?

I suspect that the organisations that have been mentioned simply don't realise that they are actually dealing with people, individuals, who would like to hear "sorry" now and again. The banks, etc. see their customers as a faceless mass.
