Is it about time this aid was sorted out, there seems to be Millions going to Country's that either could do without it, not used properly or squandered.

I know of a young Mum who is dying of kidney cancer which was diagnosed after the birth of her baby. The drug she needs costs £40,000 a year to provide, so she has a fund raising page.

I'm of the simplistic view that we have people in dire straits here and we should concentrate our efforts in closing down the need for foodbanks and stabilise our country.
As an addendum, I donate to overseas aid and in my mind that should be the way it's done, those who can help should, if they want, and those who can't shouldn't have it deducted at source.I also donate to home based charities.
