Anyone Else Got Bad Problems With Plusnet? And Poor Service Levels?

Has anyone else had problems with receiving mail via PLUSNET? My POP account (the one what delivers your mail) failed for 3 weeks and PLUSNET said it was not them but it was APPLE. I complained to APPLE who said 'Fiddle sticks my boy' so I got in touch with PLUSNET again who said it weren't them and they did not know anything about it honest guv. But another customer in their chat room said PLUSNET always did that and it WAS them as they just changed their software. So I complained to APPLE again and they had a word with PLUSNET and it all got fixed! And now they have adverts about poor service! No refund for lack of service though. Not at all happy. But anyone else had problems or is it just me? Grateful for views.
