TEST EVENT – SAINTS VS SARACENS – 25 APRIL 2015 At the request of England Rugby 2015 (Rugby World Cup 2015 organisers), the Northampton Saints will play Saracens at Stadium MK at 3pm on Saturday 25th April, so that the venue can be fully tested and prepared for hosting successful Rugby World Cup matches in October 2015.

That is a good question. I think Saints home games should be played at Franklins Gardens, a beautiful home ground. The gardens would have suited Saints much better as Saracens are used to roaming around. Also, why that really horrible strip. We could have worn green, black and gold against white or even against the blue and white, which for some reason, Saracens changed to in the second half. I think the grounds business is to do with money and the media, but all is forgiven, as we WON!

Cakemaker, apparently the shirts were a one-off "help for heroes" design. Unfortunately, Sarries didn't know that Saints had changed colours for the match, Jensen the colour clash. The kit man had to go back for their change kit, which they wore in second half.
