Sugar Addicition - And A Cure!
25 Answers
For as long as I can remember, I have enjoyed three sugars in tea, and chocolate or cake after every meal.
As I have entered my sixties, the weight gain and general feeling of being slowly poisoned have increased - until today.
This lunch time, I have been hypnotised into no longer craving sugar.
Since then, I have had a cup of tea, with no sugar, and found it fairly indifferent in taste.
More importantly, I have had my lunch and the usual Toffee Crisp of tube of Smarties as been absent, I simply don't want them anymore.
I have to play a recorded CD of my session daily for three weeks to embed the subconscious messaging, and that's it - I can return to a 32" waist, and be far more healthy.
Result of what!!!

The most itresting thing to come from the medically directed plan is the simple but foolproof formula for calculating "sugars" in foods. Simply note the total carbohydrates on the nutrition lable (at least here in the U.S.) and subtract the total "fibers". Divide that answer by the constant 5 and this will give the teaspoons of sugar in the product. This will often be at odds with the grams of sugar listed.
Men should have no more than 15 teaspoons (about 4 grams) a day and females about 9. Moreover, no sugars should be consumed before mid-day, due to the conversion of carbs into sugars. Simply astounding the hidden sugars in most products...
Feel amazingly well and have become friends with Xylitol... a sugar substitute for my coffee (previously 3-4 teaspoons per cup). This product seems to be very close to sugar in taste with none of the after taste of say Splenda...
