ouch, at that age I was definitely wanting to spend more time with my family. (Or maybe it was just that I wanted to spend a lot less time at the office.) I can't make specific suggestions but I would be trying to find just one job that pays enough to live on. How badly do your family need your income? Do any of them work? Setting aside the spending time with your family, I don't think working seven days a week for long periods is good for anybody. If you are doing shifts and get correspondingly long breaks between shifts then fair enough, otherwise I would be seriously thinking about how you want your life to be and taking steps (even if only small ones) to get there. At the end of their live, no one ever says "I wish I has spent more time at work."
i was thinking the same thing woofgang - I get bit too tiered and dont have chance to rewind... yes money is very handy I can pay for most things.
but then one life one chance.. if I spend it at work 7 days .... then I might as well as not exist.
some of family love me and want me around more the others....
the ones that love me I rush to see them after work i work full days 8 -6

how old are you?
I used to do several jobs when I was young. By the time I was in my 30s I'd settled into one secure job and lived a more regular life (apart from all the shift work). No harm in spending your 20s building up your bank account and your experience; but after that you might need to work out exactly what sort of work/life balance you want and how to achieve it.

they dont need my money - i need my money. i have a morgage to pay a car and bills to pay. on my own.
worried and feel insure that if i loose my day job then at least i have the wek end job to fall back on.
And yes they dont always make the sacrifice to want to see me except for my grand childern under 5 they love to see me .... you made sence in your answer.

I guess nothing is worse then fealing insecure a one job at my age so you have to hang on to what youcan. family wont look after me and pay my bills when I am stuck for long i will become a burden on them because i did,t think when i was younger that i need to save and work on retireing early - have to work untill 65 and struggle for one year untill state pension kicks in and that willo only be £110 a week after working for 36 years and paying NI
should have just not worked and live on benefit street lol would have been better.
