now that i am employed again, and the money is coming in, i am resuming regular visits to the cinema - to that end, i am about to take the bus to cambridge and go to see the avengers movie

Morning, bit dull and overcast(ish) in N/Kent with a cold wind. Nothing really planned. OH drove up to Norfolk yesterday, back Monday or Tuesday.
She nicked my 'new' VRS Estate, said she needed to get used to the DSG G'box (yeah right!!).
Looks like me and the hounds are having a quiet BH.

Well happy with it so far thanks TWR, that DSG box is quick to change and with the manual override as well it's a brilliant combination, and of course it cruises well at 70.

Good choice, my old bema is up for sale, it's given me 6 trouble free years, I purchased a Derv 308, the owner was a bad boy regards the Derv!!!!! I sorted that out & the car now runs very well, not a bad buy, £1800 for a 2008.

Not sure what the plans are now, we were going to go to Five Sisters Zoo and then out for tea in Livingston but it's now turned really grey/black so think that is off the cards. May head into Edinburgh and do a spot of window shopping have lunch and maybe if I play my cards right I can go see Avengers again :) four of my favourite men in 1 film can't complain hehe.
