Hi All,
Been suffering with severe neck, arm muscle pains. have been taking co-codamol 500/30 and Tramadol at night. ( Tramadol doing nothing). I had a blood test last week, and i phoned for the result and was told " no further action"
Last night the pain was so severe that i was awake most of the night again, and about 3 AM I noticed a pain in my big toe. This morning the pain in the toe and half of the foot and sole is excruciating, can hardly walk. I have taken the co-codamol but that does not seem to help. Question is, do you think the foot problem is related to the neck/shoulder pains?
Thank you.

Glad your shoulders are better. Hope the GP appointment goes well and you get your toe sorted now. Let us know how you get on, please.

This pain has been going on for months now, tablets help, but am I stuck with this forever? All the doctor does is prescribe pain killers. my arms and shoulders are so painful that i am losing muscle tone through lack of use and they are just looking like a skeleton with skin on. Toe and foot still niggly, fingers now starting to cause problems, some are painful, one has a lump on the joint. Also getting electric shock sensations in the fingers at times. i am an active person, and now live in fear of disability. is there a chance that this is a flare up and will subside, or is this it? Oh, must just warn people that the tramadol did cause euthoria, but when i stopped them, great depression.
