Not neccessarily... When you enrolled at eBay as a seller, you should have visited the Resolution Center set up an Unpaid service in which eBay handles everything automatically, after a waiting period of about a week. At the end of the waiting period eBay notifies the buyer and gives them another period of time to payup. If that time period comes and goes, you are credited for eBay's selling fee and the buyer is sent a nasty note. ou can't leave bad Feedback for them however.

i've heard of buyer's that repeatedly don't pay being banned from eBay, but the fact is that eBay still somewhat favors buyers in cases of dispute.
