Gurgling In Chest

Sitting near my husband I hear this gurgling coming from my husbands chest. It does not appear to bother him but I wonder if anyone who knows what I mean and can give me some advice to get rid of it.

He is healthy fit and not overweight and retired

If he is not short of breath, no ankle swelling or chest pain on exercise...........then don't worry.

If it is a recent thing then it may be a slight infection. Keep an eye on it. Probably go of its own accord, as the body deals with it, with any luck.
