contract
in response to the answer to my last question i have not yet been given a proper contract or anything stating company policy on grievance procedures.my duty managers attitude rowards me is very hostile and i have tried discussing this with her, since then i have been off work ill. my duty manager phoned and questioned if i was actually ill and the phone call ended abruptly when she hung up on me. as i have not recieved anything to say what to do in this situation i am not sure who to talk to next.i like my job and the people i work with and do not want to upset anyone but feel i am being bullied and cannot continue to work in this atmosphere as it is starting to ruin the time i have outside of work. how should i go about sorting this out?

There is a new proceedure for employees with greviences which has to be a minimum of 3 steps.
What you say does not sound right, and I would write a letter to your employer/HR department stating what you have said and explain you want this to be treated as a formal greviance.
