I'm no looker and I don't enjoy pointing out other's deficiencies but she really is deluded.

One thing she did say that wasn't managed by her manager - she advised anyone who wants cosmetic surgery to tell their GP how depressed they are about their boobs/nose/whatever and that the distress is so great it causes suicidal thoughts. She recommends crying to hammer the point home.

Apparently that is how she got the NHS to pay for her boob job.

You'd think the patient would need to see a shrink to be assessed for their potential of self harm. It wouldn't give you much confidence in them if they couldn't spot a fibber.
