I moved address 2 months ago and advised everybody of new details including , I THINK, DVLA. Am now about to change cars and have the V5C which still shows previous address. It clearly states what I must do to change details and "send the document to Swansea" which will take some 4 to 6 weeks to rregister!. Spent a load of time trying to find a DVLA phone number to simply ask if in fact I did let them know of my move but of course that is impossible. Anyone know what I can do..... Please!

Hi trixilator, here is a phone number to contact DVLA...03007906802..
expect to push lots of buttons but you will eventually talk to someone.
As they will tell you ...you must give them the change of address.
If you still have the old style license you will have to get a photocard one but DVLA will confirm that when you finally get to speak with someone.
doesn't matter get the new keeper to fill it in and send it off. Or the dealer will take the whole thing and give you the yellow slip to post off yourself.
