Drinking Tea .... And Plenty Of It - Good For You ????

I'm getting conflicting advice about this.
On average, I reckon I drink anywhere between 10 and 20 cups of black tea (Typhoo) a day.
Some people are saying it's too much caffeine.
Some are saying tea is a diuretic.
Some are saying, drink it by the gallon - it's good for you.
Who's right ??

If you have been drinking the tea for a long time and just started to get the headaches then I doubt its the tea. Yes, that's quite a lot of sugar to intake every day, even 10 teaspoons along with the sugar you get from other sources. Be careful though as sweeteners can cause headaches too. Try taking the tea without sugar! It may make you want to drink less tea.
