There's probably a way of exporting them from Firefox as an HTML file and then importing them into Chrome but, with just five, I wouldn't bother.
Open both browsers simultaneously. Click on your first bookmark in Firefox, to take you to the relevant page. Right-click in the address bar (to highlight the URL) and select 'Copy'. Go to Chrome, right-click in the address bar and select 'Paste'. Hit 'Enter'. Then save your page as a bookmark in Chrome. (Of course, if the URL is really simple anyway, such as bbc.co.uk, you might just as well type it straight into Chrome's address bar and save your bookmark from there).
Repeat as required.
