Hi,

I am a foreign student doing an internship in the UK and was wondering if I could end an assured shorthold tenancy agreement before its term giving of course at least 2-month notice?

Thank you for your help

you have to read the lease
you will have been given a copy when you signed it
otherwise you can ask the landlord for a copy

there should be a break-clause in it telling you how to end it early

if there isnt one - you cant - in this case you can still ask the landlord

I dont like dissatisfied tenants so I let them go when they want
other landlords dont see it like that
