Replaceing Kitchen Sinks

my current sink looks a bit like this

and i would like to replace it with one that looks more like this:

would this be easy to do regarding the drainage? ie not cost a lot lol thank you :-)

It comes with a waste kit, so a slight alteration (if any) to the pipework should be all that is needed.
Trust you have the workspace. There'd be more effort cutting the larger hole. Get someone to check your intended sink location for feasibility.

thank you so much for your answers. i'm having my whole kitchen ripped out and a new one put it. i just didn't want to find that the plumber would charge me a lot more to change the drainage after i brought the sink
