been stumped on these for six weeks now.HELP!

Infuriating, because these three could ALMOST be right (I offer them in the hope s'one can parse them properly):

27 Maggiore

21 North + East + South + South ?

i was thinking of ness three quarters north east south +another south but do they class loch as a lake ?
