Love Fruit N' Fibre, maggiebee, in the mornings, as well as Alpen.....sometimes have some in the evenings if still feeling peckish.
We had Minute Steaks with a god awful sauce Creamy Peppercorn and Brandy my a***! Wasn't creamy was firey Chips and Peas and a gallon of milk
No on a min carbs diet but dry whites and riojas etc allowed, no beer or cider, ummmm.....couldn't do it otherwise! (joking). 2 stone 6 pounds now lost in c. 3 months.
Tea at the pub earlier.
Well done DT :-)

just had a beefburger with a warbatons burger thin bun, cheese, gherkin, tomato and mustard, very unadventurous and very unhealthy, but did the trick.
Back to fresh stuff tomorrow... honest guv
That's impressive DT. Have you got much to go?
I'm gonna have spicy pork mince in lettuce leaves {when I can be arsed to move)
Spicy battered prawns (pre-cooked), microwave coconut rice and some green veg and sweet chilli sauce. The prawns were gorgeous!
Scampi but no chips. Diet started in earnest today.
I want to get another stone off by Aug1 so I can relax for a significant b-day that week and then another stone after that; the doctor is reducing the BP pills now as an intermediary but hopefully shed those altogether.....
You're doing really well, DT.
well, 55% of the way there, despite Satan tempting me here with various choccy numbers, but essentially, no spuds, rice, pasta (the only real loss), cakes, bread or cookies etc, in essence no sugar and min carbs, and if I need it, then use honey or maple syrup - and I do like a good one of the latter for cooking purposes...fruit is allowed and that's more important than the grape juice, mainly apples, raspberries and cherries....
porridge is allowed as it's a slow glycaemic sugar release and good to counter the extra fat in the diet, though my cholestrol level is fairly good....4.6 overall at the last measurement
I don't eat much rice/pasta....I find them far too filling. I eat hardly any meat either. I'm starting to think I'm a fussy eater...

Soft roe (milts) on toast with avocado & papaya for dessert
there´s some posh grub on here, whatever happened to the staple meat+2veg?
Lamb chop, baked potato and salad
Bit late I know. O had mincde in and waited to see what the weather brought - in the end it was cottage pie! Trying a new recipe tomorrow, lamb's kidneys in 2 mustard sauce. Will let you know!!!!
^^^ I had mince in..........must be the wine :)
