Strange One-Wheeled Type Of Transport.

It looked a bit like a powered unicycle. It was maybe 20" in diameter and about 4" wide with a footrest on each side. I saw a young lad wizzing down the street on it the other evening. Any idea what this is?

They're called an Airwheel. V difficult to master.
