Methuselah was quite old, as old as, well, Methuselah

But these days he wopuld not be called a monarch would he?

Technically as she was still a Queen it must be the Queen Mother at 102 years of age

Okay, I'll be the first to jump in with the pedantry.

The Queen Mother was 101 years of age when she died.

As for when she was the consort of King George VI, she would not have been technically a monarch, otherwise she would surely have been styled Queen Elizabeth II. Consorts, although crowned at coronation, are not classed as monarchs.

You are quite right shammydodger it really was a stupid answer of mine I bow to your knowledge.

Bowing is optional these days. But thanks for the sentiment!
