hi,i got caught driving a car (provisional) with no insurance and no L plates how many points will i get and i have a full bike license which i've just passed about 1 month ago will i loose that? and will i get a ban?

Haven't we just done all this kwakteam? The only thing that seems to have changed is that you now say that you were caught driving with no insurance, whereas your earlier question suggested that you had insurance and that the insurance company had got it wrong.

Just to recap, providing you have no previous offences the likely penalties will be: a fine of a week�s income and 6 penalty points for no insurance; a fine of half a week�s income and your licence endorsed (but no extra points) for driving without �L� plates. Your recently acquired full licence will be revoked and you will revert to provisional status. This means you will have to pass a test (including any theory test, etc.) for any or all classes of vehicle you wish to drive.

You are lucky to get away with what the judge says above, there was a programme on TV last night showing what Hampshire police do.

If they catch someone with no Insurance or/and no licence the car is confiscated and crushed!

Only traffic officers have powers to confiscate/crush a vehicle; and it only applies to insurance offences, not licence or other traffic offences.

Driving without insurance will get you a minimum of six points, so if you get caught again you'll be in more trouble. The best advice is to get insured or get a push bike.
