Check the 'Disability Discrimination act' site from levenes.co.uk, click on 'employment law for employees' and you can submit a question. Basically, employers must make reasonable adjustments to help disabled people at work. The problem is what is reasonable? I worked for M&S a couple of years ago, and I have a disability that affects my standing for long periods. They were excellent, and allowed me to vary my task as necessary. Also, talk to the disability employment advisor at your local jobcentre. Good luck.
