Breathlessness Is It All In My Mind Is Breathlessness A Sign Of Anxiety

As I am sitting here typing my breathing is fine but every few minutes all of a sudden I will struggle to catch my breath and try and keep trying until I can and I go and sit down and I am fine again. I am feeling exceptionally anxious because of the last 3 days adrenaline still going through me but not as much. If I was really breathless would I be sitting here typing. Can breathlessness be a sign of anxiety?

why don't you get anxiety pills to get through these few weeks - insist on them. you seem bad enough to me.
