E'mail Problem

Anyone experiencing problems sending E'Mails with Sky/Yahoo?? Doing nothing different but when I click 'send' I get a message : Unable to send message. If you are sending a link, try adding some text to it This helps us fight spam. and an option to click ok. Just sending a normal message. Any ideas ?

Just been back on Sky Home page and they have a banner massage about this problem so its not just me.
