Question On Student Populations
1 Answers
This a copy of a question in Jobs & Education, sorry for duplication but I wanted to maximise the chance of getting a response.
Can anyone point me towards a source of information on the population figures for university students in different countries? Aside from worldstudent.com that is, which has figures from the late 90s and early 00s, and I need much more current figures than that. But I haven't found a reliable source yet.

and select the first field as 'Enrolment in tertiary education, ICSED 6 and 7 programmes, both sexes (number)'.
(That gives you non-postgraduate students. Use the option for ICSED 8 for postgrads).
Then select the countries you're interested in and the years. (I suggest selecting all years from 2010 onwards because it sometimes takes a few years for data to be collated and submitted). Then click 'View data'.
