Appalling Attititude From Woman Representing Organisation Should She Lose Her Job
38 Answers
I cant quite believe that someone would be so stupid as to name where they worked in an interview claiming to get f**** mortal. Is this really the standard of people that NHS Tayside employ. I hope she loses her job but I doubt it people in that organisation seem to have a job for life. That is my local health board. I think she is so thick she is supposed to be a mental health nurse I certainly would not want someone like that looking after me. Where are the standards.

That was then: the young holidaymakers couldn't to go to Spain or the Balearics as they were the resorts of the rich in the 50's and 60's so they went to Butlins. One would go for a holiday and if one got "one's end away" in the process then that was a bonus.
This is now: Mediterranean holidays can be afforded by the masses and the situation is such that one goes to "get one's end away" and if one has a holiday as well, then it is a bonus.

I used to go to parties in the hospital nurses home back in the late 60s. They used to drink like fish. But if they were on duty the next morning they stopped drinking at 11pm and then went to the toilet and made themselves vomit by putting their fingers down the throat. I was astounded when a girl I was smooching with suddenly looked at the clock and said ''Excuse me a minute it's 11 O'clock I have to go and be sick'' She asked me to wait outside the toilet door while she did it, quite put me off, when after hearing her throw up she wanted to carry on snogging

A very silly girl, but all that needs to happen is her boss to sit down with her and
a) explain the folly of her ways, including never mention your place of work
b) the health issues around getting 'mortal'.
I take it gordie you have never been to Magaluf? I have, it's not really that much worse than a Saturday night in a big Town, well certainly not the times I have been there. My daughter worked there as a while as a bar dancer, not ideal but she got it out of her and now settled down as a care worker, a job at which she is well praised for.
Loose her job - no certanly not. Enough young on the rock and roll.
