Is It Worth Keeping A Very Expensive Knife Sharpener?
8 Answers
I bought a professional electric knife sharpener at a car boot sale which new is worth over £200. I only have knives which are not really expensive but tried it out and it certainly works a treat thing is is it worth me keeping it or would a cheaper one do for my knives and then I could sell the other one?

You'll then have a cheaper one, that doesn't "do", and you might have got rid of your good one. So, you'll be stuck with a duff sharpener. Better stick with the status quo, I suppose.
