There are now so many full-length films on Youtube (which is great!) but are those responsible for putting them on and indeed those watching, not infringing some laws of copyright.

I could be wrong, but I think that hc was merely curious to know how folk go about finding material which infringes copyright. I applaud him if he is disapproving of copyright being infringed.

Hans.
I wanted to know if people actively searched for the films or if they popped up as recommendations.

hc; I did actually look for The Seventh Seal (1957) but the rest are a bit like browsing in a second hand bookshop; you don't know what's there until you look. I only found out there were so many recently, hence my question. Normally we watch bought CDs (we are on the last series of Breaking Bad, and Judge John Deed) but my recorder/player has gone kaput and is in for repair, live TV is so dire.
Though now I know about them, I can't guarantee that won't tune in. Wicked me! :0)

hc. I'm afraid I have sinned again already! Last night we watched 'The Great Buck Howard', starring the really great John Malkovich, and the lovely, lovely Emily Blunt.
Recommend you put your scruples to one side and watch, it's very funny and also moving.
