In my opinion, (been in the trade at EVERY level)
Very sloppy, common as muck (effin and jeffin all the time) proper 'Manc' accents! Cringy and embarrassing, and don't appear to embrace change! If I was the owner, after watching this..... I'd sack 90% of them!

I liked Maria, she was a force to be reckoned with, think they'll regret not listening to her.
I agree with trt. If the breakfast chef spent more time cooking there wouldn't have been a problem with the new plates, he spent most of his time showboating to the camera...and failing miserably !

Well..... There are 'manc' accents and there are people from Manchester, I was born and raised in Manchester, and have never spoken like that in my life!
It appears many of the 'stalwarts' just don't like 'change' or indeed people drafted in to try.
The place is an embarrassment competed to some of the more modern efficiently run establishments around.
