Sounds a bit like ACC then, but whoever said it, what it undoubtedly refers to, since that is your q, blue t, is the persistence of the unscientific, lay and scientist alike, in the belief that any theory is TRUE, in spite of the eternal unverifiability of theories, even qua axiomatic/hypothetico-deductive/metahypothetical systems, never mind qua mere hypotheses or even idle speculation, as in the glib common parlance use of the word theory. Any proper theory might be true, but even Einstein despaired of discouraging some of his besotted followers in their scientific infancy, or even second infancy, from believing the General Theory of Relativity was FACT!
